You book at your own risk & the owners or the directors, shareholders, employees, agents, workmen take no responsibility for any loss or damage to property or personal injury to you or your invited guests.
A breakage deposit covers any damages that may be caused to property if it proves to be insufficient you will be held responsible for the full replacement value of any item broken.
You are also responsible to check all the items in the unit per the inventory. If you do not advise the owner or its agent on the date of your arrival, you are deemed to accepted that all the goods listed on the inventory are in the unit and fully working and operational and should any subsequent damage be reported you will be held responsible.
A 50% deposit is payable upon making the booking and the balance must be received prior to arrival to confirm the booking.
Should the booking be cancelled and we are unable to rent the unit out, all amounts paid will be forfeited – alternatively we will provide you with a credit for the amount to be utilised within 3 months of the date of the booking.
